|ABOUT THE EMPLOYER;
I am an active, young at heart 66 year old man. I have Alzheimer’s but I am mild mannered on the whole. I have a weird sense of humour and am known to swear occasionally but no offence is meant, it’s just how I am. I love walking and going to various activities on the bus with my Personal Assistant. These include going to Box Fit on Ladysmith Road, the Leisure Centre for activities like table tennis with other disabled people, to the Farm at Centre 4, maybe on the bus to Cleethorpes and then a walk to the Boating Lake and some lunch. I need my Personal Assistant to prompt me to go to the toilet and to also make sure I am ok in there.

They will be reliable and patient, and, when necessary, flexible. There will be extra hours to cover for the other PAs holidays or sickness on occasions.
