Kim Pullan Care Support Services is responsible for the personal data we find it necessary to collect from you, and we are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act 1998. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office as required, and our Registration Number is ZA250241.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, Kim Pullan Care Support Services is the Data Controller (that is the holder, user and processor) of the information. We confirm that we will keep all information safe and secure.

When we process your information, or your requests for information, Kim Pullan Care Support Services will do so with honesty and respect.

Any information you provide us with will be used to update your records, and will be securely stored on our computer and/or paper based filing systems. • To comply with the law

We hold both personal and sensitive information about our clients, employees, individuals who have applied for positions (either for care work for our Clients, or for work for us) and suppliers. Every individual has a right to privacy and Kim Pullan Care Support Services is bound by the Act.

Kim Pullan Care Support Services are committed to the principles of the Data Protection Act. We aim to protect and promote the rights of individuals. We commit to ensuring that any of our employees understand the Data Protection Act and their role in complying with this.

Kim Pullan Care Support Services may, from time to time, be required to take part in National Fraud initiatives; this will mean we will share your information with other organisations, for example, the Audit Commission.

We may inform you when we are taking part in these schemes by giving you notice of what we are taking part in, what information will be shared and how it will be secured, but this will depend on circumstances.

We will not use information we hold about you for marketing purposes.
